Integrated Healing Journeys
I chose the name Integrated Healing Journeys because I believe we are all on healing journeys of sorts. We move forward in life...maybe take a step back...turn left or right... reconsider, sometimes retrace a step or two, and continue on. As we grow in stature, we grow in knowledge, we learn from mistakes and so it goes. Hopefully we learn about and grow in compassion; however, sometimes we detour in life and this can make it difficult.
Whether we realize it or not, every action, reaction and interaction we have affects our well-being on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. And just as there are a variety of paths we can take in life, there are also a variety of paths (healing methods) we can take to create balance and integrate ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
