Class 1: Payment is due by April 20, 2017. Due to limited space and other commitments made well in advance of planning this class, there will be no refunds for withdrawal requests received on or after April 20, 2017.
Withdrawals made on or prior to April 20, 2017 will receive a refund less the $300 non-refundable deposit made to Innersource.
Class 2: Payment is due by July 5, 2017 with no refunds for withdrawal requests received on or after July 5, 2017.
Students who withdraw from Class 2 on or prior to July 5, 2017 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Class 3: Payment is due by September 20, 2017 with no refunds for withdrawal requests received on or after September 20, 2017.
Students who withdraw from Class 3 on or prior to September 20, 2017 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Class 4: Payment is due by January 3, 2018 with no refunds for withdrawal requests received on or after January 3, 2018.
Students who withdraw from Class 4 on or prior to January 3, 2018 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Withdrawals must be received in writing ([email protected]) and will be promptly acknowledged. In case of emergency (death or injury) or catastrophic events (natural or accidental), you may contact Dr. Joanne Karpinen and discuss your options.
MISSED CLASS POLICY:
If you miss a Foundations class due to an unforeseen circumstance, it will be your responsibility to make up all work and instruction. Options will include watching a DVD of the four-day missed class (filmed in Phoenix) or reviewing classes & private tutorials with the instructor at the student’s additional expense or attending another teacher’s Foundations Class at another location. Every effort will be made to work with you and support you through this process.
OTHER:
If class is canceled by your teacher, a full refund will be given.
